Chemical injection is a necessary activity for optimised production, the use of chemical injection will help the prevention of corrosion, reduce scale, improve production by decreasing friction in pipelines and treatment of potable water. PPM have a large rental fleet of pneumatic chemical injection pump skids ready for immediate dispatch to solve these issues whether it be a long or short term requirement. Pump wetted components are constructed using 316 stainless steel however we also have PTFE pumps for the injection of acids. We have recently started adding electrically driven pump skids to the rental fleet. Pump skids are ATEX approved and fully customisable for each job and can include but not limited to the following;
Along with the pump skid PPM will supply all necessary equipment required from the suction point to discharge point thereby providing a true “plug and play” system. Equipment that PPM can supply along with the chemical injection pump skid;
