Design and build a Corrosion Inhibitor Chemical Injection Package in a small footprint and in a short timescale
PPM Ltd liaised with the EPC to provide a solution that offered a reliable, fit-for-purpose solution that minimised both footprint and timescale.
This was achieved by working with the client during the engineering and design phase and being able to offer a solution whereby an existing new build chemical injection skid was modified in line with engineering requirements to provide the desired flow rate and pressure by means of two new pumps.
1 x Skid Mounted Control Panel
2 x LEWA LDB1 Electric Drive Double Diaphragm Pumps c/w diaphragm rupture detection via individual pressure transmitters.
Remote electronic stroke length adjustment capability on pumps
2 x further pressure transmitters on the discharge lines
1 x Coriolis Flow Meter c/w local display on the discharge line
All applicable valves, tubing and fittings as per client specifications
The above equipment was installed on a stainless-steel base frame, with removable, louvered, side panels, and came complete with integral sloping drip tray and drain valve, certified lifting points and sling set.
Frame and panels painted as per the applicable offshore paint specification.
Responsive and flexible approach to design allowing full adherence to end user specifications.
Full Factory Acceptance Testing carried our to ensure smooth commissioning and operation.
Delivery maintained to meet customers installation window.
